Our role

VERINZO respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright holders can notify us of alleged infringement, in line with the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws.

Important: VERINZO is a media-player application and account service. We do not host, stream, sell, index, or provide any TV channels, films, series, or other media. Users supply their own playlists (M3U or Xtream Codes) from providers they choose.

We host no content

Because we do not store or transmit any media content, VERINZO is generally not the correct party to receive takedown requests for specific streams or channels. Those requests should be directed to the provider or host that actually stores the material. We will, however, act on valid notices concerning material that genuinely resides on our own systems (for example, images on this website).

Filing a copyright notice

If you believe material hosted by us infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact below that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorised agent).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location of the material on our systems, with enough detail for us to find it.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers, at our reasonable discretion.

Designated contact

Send copyright notices and counter-notices through our support channels, marked for the attention of our Copyright Agent. Please allow a reasonable time for review; incomplete notices may delay processing.
